Photo or Logo Add-On's
Would you like to send us a photo to put on your personalized item? The information listed below is intended to help you send us the best photo possible for optimum print quality. There is a one time $5.00 fee to add a photo or logo to your personalized item.
Because of strict copyright laws, we are unable to reproduce or copy any licensed characters. We can however, use a photo of your child and their favorite licensed character(s) and include it on the wrapper of your choice.
Professional photographs are copyrighted and can not be reproduced without the written consent of the photographer.
Ordering:

All Rush Orders is a $20.00 fee Orders needed within 5 business days require the rush order charge in addition to the Express Mail Shipping Charges. Your order will become our priority and your order will ship asap.

We also accept money order or cashier`s checks for those who are not comfortable with online payments.
Shipping:
Shipping chocolate from Mid April through Mid October can be a huge problem as chocolate can possibly get soft or melt during shipping.
We urge you to think about this before ordering wrapped candy bars as it can be unseasonably cool on the day that you order and outrageously hot by the time we complete your order and get it ready to ship! Remember that you can order wrappers sold without candy then purchase your candy bars locally and wrap the bars yourself all year-around.
The reason for this is that we do not have any control over the handling of your order once it is handed over the carrier. Carriers do NOT have any kind of refrigerated methods of transportation that we know of. Your local grocer more than likely gets his chocolate shipped in refrigerated trucks, but we do not have access to this for your order.
Express Mail delivery is recommended for shipping chocolate from May through October. However, it is a lot more expensive. U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail generally only takes 2-3 days to arrive and is considered a reasonably safe mode of shipping when used with a cooler and ice pack combination for most locations. Parcel Post is NOT recommended during the months of May through October. You do not want your chocolate on the road any longer than necessary when it's warm outside!

Refund/Returns:
Custom candy wrappers and candy bars cannot be restocked to be resold therefore are NON RETURNABLE! We strongly suggest that you proof your wrapper to assure that your wrapper is as you want it! In the event Candy Wrap Up was in error, you will be able to exchange your wrappers or your money will be refunded minus a 15% set up fee. You will be sent instructions with your replacement wrappers so you can re-wrap your candy bars.
Should there not be enough time to replace your wrappers before your event date, you will receive credit for the cost of the replacement wrappers only. Candy returns will not be accepted.
